Park West Gallery Judges 2009 American Art Awards
PARK WEST GALLERY IS HONORED to participate in the judging of the 2009 American Art Awards. The panel of judges responsible for reviewing all of the submitted artwork consists of representatives from twenty-five of the country’s most prestigious galleries. Dali and Disney: The Art and Animation of Destino

To celebrate the museum's 90th anniversary, starting in October the DAI will show Dali and Disney: The Art and Animation of Destino. Dali Foundation Acquires Rare Portrait of His Wife
FIGUERES, SPAIN — Antoni Pitxot, director of the Dalí Theatre and Museum in Figueres, and Montse Aguer, director of the Centre for Dalinian Studies, have presented the latest acquisition made by the Dalí Foundation: an oil titled Gala.

Rembrandt Exhibit First of Its Kind in the Middle East
MUSCAT, OMAN — Al Salmi Library will present Rembrandt in Oman, a grand exhibition of 100 original Rembrandt prints from the Rembrandt House Museum in Amsterdam.

Picasso’s Late Sculpture: Woman
MALAGA, SPAIN — The Museo Picasso Málaga presents the exhibition, Picasso’s Late Sculpture: Woman. The sheet-metal sculpture, Woman (1961), donated by Christine Ruiz-Picasso, is the highlight of this exhibition, bringing together some 40 works produced by Pablo Picasso at different moments of his life.

Francisco Goya: Los Caprichos

Hommages à Toulouse-Lautrec Affichiste

Park West Foundation Launches "Blue Babies"
DETROIT, MICHIGAN – On Saturday, August 1, during the Together, We Can Michigan “Blue and Green Fest” community event, the Park West Foundation formally unveiled its “Blue Babies” initiative.

The initiative is designed to facilitate the positive transformation of young people who are aging out of the foster care system. The “Blue Babies” represent Michigan youth who have triumphed over adversity and are committed to leading by example to empower their peers and to serve as guardians and advocates of children’s rights in service of their communities...
